This photograph was originally taken by a Naval photographer immediately after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, but came to be filed in a writ of application for habeas corpus case (number 298) tried in the US District Court, District of Hawaii in 1944. The case, In Re Lloyd C. Duncan related to imposition of martial law in Hawaii during World War II. (Ingelsk)
