O sanctissima et gloriossima virgo sancta Barbara. Subveni michi misero peccatori sicut tu ipsa promissisti omnibus in vocantibus nomen tuum in angustyis et necessitatibus facta es pia auxiliatris. Excurge sancta virgo Barbara in occursum meum juva es apud altissimum judiceum confundantur inimici mei qui detrahunt anime mee ut auferant eam. O Virgo custodi me.
Notes Painted for the St. Barbara's Church in Wrocław (today Orthodox Church). Initially a polyptych, wings were lost during World War II.
