Beskriuwing
English: This book consists of two stories. In the first story, "A cheery family", a father, an engineer at the toy factory, is trying to invent a walking doll. He thinks about this day and night. It makes his wife and three children very unhappy, since he is too much involved in his work and can't take care of his family. But eventually the father does make the doll and becomes famous. All family is proud of him. "Betinke, Betinke, Betinke" is a story about a spoiled child, Betinke, and a positive influence a pioneer camp made on her.
